My Training style

My training style is to use tried and true strength training techniques such as compound movements keeping intensity high mixed with intense and efficient cardio to create lean, strong and healthy physiques. I cut out all the bullshit that the fitness industry has created to get straight to what actually works.

For clients that cannot currently perform these exercises regressions will be programmed.

Main movements

  • Squats

  • Deadlifts

  • Bench press

  • Overhead Press

  • Pullups (weighted if able)

  • Dips (weighted if able)

  • Dumbbell movements

I put myself through intense training so I can understand the struggles clients go through and to make sure I can “walk the walk” I will never ask a client to do something I haven’t done many times before.
